Forgetting your password happens to everyone — on Jua9, resetting it takes just 2 to 3 minutes. Follow the steps below:

Enter your mobile number
Enter the Bangladeshi mobile number used during registration. An OTP will be sent to you instantly.
Verify OTP
Enter the 6-digit code sent to your phone. The code is valid for 5 minutes.
Set a New Password
Choose a strong password of at least 8 characters and store it somewhere safe.
